Refund policy

Damaged or faulty items

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged or does not work, message us on WhatsApp (+961 81 687 412) within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video, and we will replace it or refund you.

Change of mind

Unused items in their original sealed packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. The customer pays the return delivery.

Refunds

Refunds are made the same way you paid, within 7 days of us receiving the returned item. For cash on delivery orders we arrange the refund with you.
